1. Website information
This website explains the Nexus Atlas Traversal service, its architecture, relay models, security boundary, and the early-access process. It is operated by “Nexus Atlas” Ltd, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria — UIC (tax ID) 208756891 — reachable at office@nexusatlas.io. Illustrations, representative relay records, roadmap statements and prototype interfaces are informational, not service-level commitments.
2. Early access and pilots
Early-access availability, scope, supported platforms, regions, private infrastructure, pricing, support and pilot outcomes are agreed separately during onboarding. Pre-release functionality may change, be unavailable, or require operator participation. A pilot is an evaluation unless the parties sign a separate production agreement; neither a form submission nor access to prototype material creates a procurement commitment.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the website, console, relay network or supplied software to violate law, interfere with networks, bypass authorization, attack systems, distribute malicious traffic, infringe rights, or create unreasonable load. Testing against third-party networks requires their permission. Security findings go through the coordinated-disclosure route on the engineering site.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain authorization for the endpoints, networks, frequencies, carriers and data being connected.
- Protect node keys, account credentials, enrollment codes and private relay configuration.
- Design physical link diversity and local fallback appropriate to the mission.
- Validate application behaviour, safety boundaries, regulatory requirements and degraded modes — and never treat Traversal as the sole safety mechanism or a guaranteed substitute for physical connectivity.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
Nexus Atlas software, service design, documentation, branding and website content remain the property of Nexus Atlas and its licensors; nothing on this site grants a licence. Customer data and pre-existing materials remain with their respective owners. Any feedback licence for pilot participants is stated in the signed pilot agreement.
6. Availability, disclaimers and liability
The content of this website is provided for general information only, “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It may contain discrepancies, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or statements that development has since overtaken, and may change or be removed at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and its managers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of, reliance on, or inability to use this website or its content, including any discrepancy, inaccuracy, error, omission or misstatement, whether the claim sounds in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Any reliance you place on material from this website is strictly at your own risk. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The website is provided as-is, as an informational service. Warranties, service levels, support commitments, credits, indemnities and liability terms for the Traversal service exist only in the signed agreement that governs each deployment — deliberately, so that a web page is never mistaken for a contract. Public live-network or status information may be delayed and is not an operational monitoring source. Traversal cannot create connectivity when every underlying physical path is unavailable.
7. Governing law, changes and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the operator is established; disputes arising from them fall to the competent Bulgarian courts. The version in force is the one published here, under the effective date above. Questions go to office@nexusatlas.io.
